Company is engaged in manufacturing Aluminum alloy components, Stringing Tools for Over Head Conductor Stringing, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Components, Railway Components, Oil and Gas Boring Equipment’s & our latest venture is Electric Vehicle chargers.
The parent company was established in 1980 by Mr. Rajiv Kapur, who is a Mechanical engineer by qualification and he started his career working with one of the most reputed companies of the country L&T Eutectic Division. where he got his experience in Marketing and latest Eutectic technology of that time widening his exposure to the market and its requirements.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing firm having our own State of art in-house casting, machining, testing and manufacturing facilities.
We have production facilities at three locations in Faridabad, near New Delhi, INDIA having state of art tool room and production machines like VMC’s and CNC’s and also conventional machines for making dies and for production of components. We have our own heat treatment plant to optimize the mechanical & physical properties of the steel and aluminum results in increase of tensile strength and wear resistance of the components as per the requirement of the product. We are having our in-house testing facility both Destructive & N.D.T. facilities such as Ultrasonic testing machine, universal testing machine, magnetic particle inspection, rubber tensile testing, hardness testers & special purpose testing machines as per product design. We are having designing facility, for part, product designing and their simulation.
